This is a great opportunity to lead the culinary program for a high-volume convention centre account handling $20M+ in annual F&B revenue. Think large-scale events, banquets, conferences, and premium hospitality - all under one roof.

We’re looking for a proven Executive Chef who knows how to operate at scale, lead big teams, and deliver consistency across complex, high-volume service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all culinary operations across banquets, events, and concessions
• Leading and developing a large BOH team in a union environment
• Driving quality, consistency, and execution across high-volume service
• Managing P&L, food cost, labor, and purchasing
• Partnering with operations on event execution and client needs
• Building systems to ensure efficiency at scale
• Supporting menu development while balancing volume + quality

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Executive Chef experience in a convention centre, stadium, or large-scale venue
• Experience managing $20M+ F&B operations
• Strong background working in a union environment
• Expert in high-volume banquet and event execution
• Strong financial acumen across food cost, labor, and P&L
• Hands-on leader who can manage, train, and motivate large teams
• Organized, calm under pressure, and operationally sharp
