Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in R&D or product development roles
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

• Strong knowledge of food science, chemistry, and product development principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a laboratory setting and follow safety protocols
• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Develop new products and flavors for Golisoda
• Improve existing products and processes
• Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and marketing
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

• Develop innovative products that meet consumer preferences
