A strategic finance leadership role driving governance, transformation, and scalable growth across the AIG ecosystem.The role offers a unique opportunity to:

• Work directly with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team
• Lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives
• Drive IFRS readiness and automation projects
• Build best-in-class accounting governance across the Group

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building a modern, scalable, and internationally aligned finance organization.

The successful candidate will lead:

• Group-wide accounting operations across 10+ entities
• IFRS transition and consolidation governance
• ERP / RPA / finance automation initiatives
• Tax and treasury optimization
• Manufacturing & trading finance controls
• Finance process standardization across the Group

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Professional certification: Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate (required); ACCA, CPA
• Experience: 15+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years at the Group level for a corporation with revenue ~ 15,000 billion VND.
• Industry knowledge: prior experience in a manufacturing-trading hybrid environment is essential.
