Role Description The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, with a primary focus on the award-winning Alena restaurant and coordination with the Library Bar. Responsibilities include managing service standards, supervising front-of-house teams, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from reservation to post-dining feedback. The role involves scheduling staff, training team members, monitoring food and beverage quality, and managing inventory and cost controls. The Restaurant Manager will also handle guest inquiries, resolve service issues, and collaborate with leadership on promotions and events to drive revenue and maintain brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based at The Norman Tel Aviv in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards, and coordination with culinary teams.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management in a clear and professional manner.
- Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including performance management and team development.
- Previous leadership experience in upscale or luxury restaurant or hotel environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and service consistency.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Hebrew, are an advantage.
- Relevant hospitality or restaurant management education or certifications are preferred.
