This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and leading all kitchen personnel, ordering, food and labor cost management, creating relationships with vendors and local farmers, collaborating on menu creation and daily specials, and expediting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds
• DOH Food Protection Certification
