Freestanding Oven Expert

Job Responsibilities：

1、Responsible for the development of new platforms for freestangding ovens in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, and building the platform architecture;

2、Responsible for addressing core technical issues and optimizing product costs for products in Latin America and the Middle East and Africa;

3、Responsible for standardization and reliability design control of platforms in Latin America and the Middle East and Africa, conducting technical solution reviews, and establishing management systems and optimizing design standards;

4、Training and mentoring engineers and cultivating professional capabilities;

5、Collecting cutting-edge development information, industry standard updates, and market competitor information in the freestangding oven industry in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Job Requirements：

1、Over 20 years of experience in freestangding ovens, with work experience in leading industry companies;

2、Led the development project of a brand-new standalone oven platform, which has been recognized by the market and customers;

3、Bachelor’s degree or above, with English proficiency sufficient for working language;

4、Excellent communication skills, strong cross-cultural team collaboration ability, and strong learning and adaptability skills.
