About the Role
As Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations in collaboration with the Corporate Executive Chef. You will drive culinary consistency, develop talent, uphold cost-control standards, and ensure flawless execution across every station. This position requires a dynamic leader with deep technical expertise, strong production management, and a refined hospitality mindset.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage all back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Serve as a hands-on mentor, developing team members and strengthening kitchen culture
• Execute seasonal menus, maintain recipe standards, and ensure precise station performance
• Oversee inventory controls, purchasing, waste management, and labor cost optimization
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Partner with corporate culinary and operations teams to drive enterprise-wide alignment
• Maintain a clean, organized, disciplined kitchen environment at all times

• Proven track record driving team development and kitchen performance
• Strong mentoring mindset, inclusive of culinary interns and junior staff
Basic Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in a high-volume fine-dining kitchen, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role
• Culinary degree preferred
• Robust knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor compliance
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and work 50+ hours per week as needed
• Spanish language skills a plus
