Executive Chef

Infuse Hospitality is seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to provide culinary leadership across multiple Chicago-area accounts. This highly visible role combines catering and special events leadership with menu innovation, grab-and-go program development, culinary training, and operational support. The successful candidate will partner closely with General Managers to elevate food quality, drive catering growth, enhance guest experiences, and bring creative culinary concepts to life throughout the Chicago market.

This is a unique opportunity for a culinary leader with experience in corporate dining, hotel banquets, large-scale catering, or multi-unit hospitality operations who is passionate about food, hospitality, and innovation. The ideal candidate enjoys creating exceptional dining and event experiences while influencing multiple culinary programs in a collaborative, Monday-Friday corporate environment that offers both impact and work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Lead culinary strategy and execution for catering and special events across Chicago-area accounts
• Develop innovative menus, recipes, and event concepts
• Partner with General Managers to create and cost catering proposals
• Support event planning, purchasing, production, and execution
• Drive consistency, presentation, and culinary excellence across accounts
• Enhance grab-and-go and retail food offerings through trend-forward menu development
• Serve as a market culinary expert, supporting multiple locations and special projects

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of culinary experience
• Strong catering, banquet, corporate dining, or hospitality background
• Proven success executing high-end events and managing multiple priorities
• Experience with menu development, food costing, and culinary innovation
• Passion for hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences
• ServSafe certification preferred
