We're looking for a Quality Assurance (Field Executive) to join our team in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune and play a key role in ensuring our kitchens consistently deliver the highest quality standards.

What you'll do:

• Drive food safety and hygiene compliance across kitchen operations.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure FSSAI readiness.
• Train kitchen teams on SOPs and quality best practices.
• Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Investigate customer complaints through RCA and implement CAPA.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Travel across kitchen locations to support operational excellence.

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Quality Control (QSR, Food Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG, or FoodTech).
• Strong understanding of FSSAI guidelines and food safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A hands-on professional who enjoys being on the field and driving quality where it matters most.
