Reporting to the Product Development Manager – Sport & Foods, the Product Development Technologist will play a vital part in achieving this mission. Working with an experienced team, you will have a key role in shaping our new innovative products across all our sport and foods brands. It's a blue-sky innovative environment that is fast-paced, with no two days being the same.

What You Will Be Tasked With

• Managing assigned development projects from brief through to commercial production, meeting internal and external customer requirements
• contributing to the innovation pipeline & ideation sessions
• Ensuring regulatory compliance of products developed
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Providing technical support to other areas of the business

Skills And Competencies You Will Need

• Tertiary qualification in food science/food technology or a related discipline
• Requires 7 - 10 years' experience in food formulation, project management and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in a range of food manufacturing facilities
• Experience navigating the Food Standards Code
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

Whist not essential, a qualification in nutrition/sports nutrition would put you ahead of the crowd.
