New Product Development Technologist - Sport & Food

Reporting to the Product Development Manager – Sport & Foods, the Product Development Technologist will play a vital part in achieving this mission. Working with an experienced team, you will have a key role in shaping our new innovative products across all our sport and foods brands. It's a blue-sky innovative environment that is fast-paced, with no two days being the same.
What You Will Be Tasked With
- Managing assigned development projects from brief through to commercial production, meeting internal and external customer requirements
- contributing to the innovation pipeline & ideation sessions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of products developed
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing technical support to other areas of the business
- Tertiary qualification in food science/food technology or a related discipline
- Requires 7 - 10 years' experience in food formulation, project management and regulatory compliance.
- Previous experience in a range of food manufacturing facilities
- Experience navigating the Food Standards Code
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
