Our client a beautiful AAA Four Diamond Boutique Resort in Arizona, USA featured on Conde Nast Travelers “Hot List” is currently seeking the talents of an Executive Chef.

You will be a great communicator and a hands-on leader responsible for a beautiful dining room, an up market all-day restaurant and excellent meeting/banqueting facilities at this resort. This resort is very respected for its business values that is based on a culture of outstanding quality and service with a goal of far exceeding guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, keen, and personable and self-motivated who excels in service, strives for excellence and is very food and labor cost driven. You must also process excellent leadership, teaching and training skills, and not be afraid of getting your hands dirty.

We are searching for someone that is a career minded individual and can take complete ownership and accountability of all daily planning and preparation. Our client is keenly interested in identifying an individual that will totally focus on producing outstanding cuisine to its guests.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef with a proven accomplished background and processes the knowledge and expertise in the finer aspects of food service.

The salary for this role is up to $125,000USD. Plus, Bonus and other executive benefits.
