Responsibilities

- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and catering operations.
- Strong skills in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management.
- Experience in inventory management, inventory control, and cost optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
