Our seasonal Grab & Go Breakfast and Lunch Menu caters to Vegans, Vegetarians and Meat Lovers. We use 100% locally sourced and organic ingredients, creating meals from scratch, pre-packaged daily. Ready To Go!. Hot soups are available year round, Vegan, Vegetarian and Meat varieties. We also address some of the common allergens such as: Gluten free, dairy free, low salt for high blood pressure and safe natural sugars for diabetics.
