Open Position: IT Technician / Systems Engineer

Location: Mooresville, NC (onsite with some remote flexibility)

Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Provide responsive technical support to local business clients.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with network configuration, server management, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and backups with minimal disruption.
• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity tools (endpoint protection, firewalls, identity access).
• Document processes, incidents, and solutions for long-term client support.
• Partner with clients to deliver IT solutions that fit their unique business needs.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with networking (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud (Azure preferred).
• Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar.
