AMS Support Engineer – Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)

Job Summary

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) applications to ensure stable, reliable, and high-performing production systems. Troubleshoot incidents, resolve complex technical issues, implement application fixes and enhancements, and collaborate with business users, developers, OT, and infrastructure teams to minimize production downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support application changes, releases, deployments, and production validation.
  • Monitor application performance and optimize system stability and reliability.
  • Develop and implement bug fixes, minor enhancements, and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, OT, and infrastructure teams to support manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of application support or development experience.
  • Experience with MOM/MES applications and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
