📍 Location: Wichita, Kansas

🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% onsite at the client location

📌 Openings: 2 immediate positions

🛂 Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship and ITAR compliance required

💼 Experience: 4+ years

We are urgently looking for experienced Application Support Engineers to provide hands-on application and shop-floor support for a leading aerospace client in Wichita, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-and-feet support for manufacturing and shop-floor applications

• Troubleshoot application, system, database, and connectivity issues

• Support application administration, workflow configuration, and escalations

• Perform SQL queries, report generation, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle management

• Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve incidents efficiently

• Support ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing Application Management Services experience

• Strong SQL, scripting, troubleshooting, and application-support skills

• SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

• Basic REST API integration

• Python, Java, or JavaScript fundamentals

• Windows/Linux system administration and networking basics

• Strong communication and customer-support skills

Preferred Skills:

• SCADA systems

• Azure or AWS fundamentals

• IoT connectivity

• UNIX, Linux, or AIX

• Shell scripting and automation

• Tool tracking, asset lifecycle management, and inventory replenishment
