Senior Linux System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our Enhanced Operations team

In this high-impact role, you will be the go to expert for our most strategic customers during their most critical moments.

You will be responsible for delivering premium operational services, handling complex escalations, leading migration projects, and ensuring seamless Go-Live activities. The Role:

• Provide expert-level support during critical escalations, migrations, and major project go-lives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, offering proactive recommendations for planned rollouts and high-stakes activities.
• Troubleshoot complex OS and networking issues to ensure 100% uptime for our clients.
• Share insights and best practices to upskill and enable the broader support team.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8–10 years of experience managing enterprise Linux environments (RedHat & SUSE).
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , with a working understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing, and Name Resolution.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Solid grasp of security protocols, backup/recovery strategies, performance tuning, LDAP, and High Availability/Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Proven ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deliver long-term solutions.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to support business continuity.
