We are looking for a Technical Support

Based in: Porto

Keywords: Scripting Languages -Linux - Databases - French;

Years of Experience: 1+

What You’ll Do

• Appreciation of production processes, including change and release management
• Performance analysis: acknowledgment of daily reports, logs, complex alerts management;
• Deployment of new versions of platforms: migration of the latest versions, non-regression tests during migration.
• Able to investigate & trouble-shoot technical issues

Your Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of work experience in client support;

Knowledge of Scripting (Bash, Phyton);

Familiar with support skills as well as deployment, which include Linux administration and databases;

Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization, performance-related concepts and debugging;

Ability to speak and write in French.
