Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site System Administrator role based in Memphis, TN. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of network operations. Day-to-day tasks will include configuring and supporting CCaaS platforms (primarily Talkdesk and Rilla), managing API integrations, delivering technical support to team members, and ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity compliance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address IT infrastructure needs and support the organization's mission. Candidates must be local to the Memphis, TN area.

Qualifications

• Required: Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and administering Talkdesk in a production environment; familiarity with Rilla is a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing CCaaS platforms, API integrations, and workflow automation.
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting, resolving software, network, and configuration issues efficiently.
• Working knowledge of network administration, security best practices, and data protection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Degree optional — equivalent professional experience is fully acceptable.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, etc.) are beneficial but not required.
