This is a hybrid role sitting at the center of a growing broker-dealer that moves with a startup mindset. You are not joining a slow-moving enterprise. You are joining a team that ships fast, thinks big, and operates across three of the world's major financial hubs.

Your day is spent keeping critical platform infrastructure running and solving problems as they come. You work across AWS, managing EC2, S3, and EKS environments, and you use Terraform to keep infrastructure consistent and scalable. Linux is your natural environment and you are comfortable getting into the details when something needs diagnosing.

One conversation is with a software engineer deep in the stack, the next is with a business stakeholder who just needs things to work. You bridge that gap well. You communicate clearly, adapt your language to the room, and follow a methodical process when troubleshooting so nothing gets missed and problems actually get solved.
