We are seeking for VMware Horizon Professional - Virtualization Services & Support

We will consider candidates from São Paulo and Londrina-PR. Candidate should work on site in São Paulo-SP or Londrina-PR.

Job Description: Virtualization Services & Support Responsibilities

Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end‑to‑end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome‑based end‑user experience (EUX) management.

Technologies/Tools (To demonstrate fully or partially)

o VMware Horizon (Core)

o VMware vSphere / ESXi

o VMware Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM)

o VMware App Volumes (Critical)

o MSIX App Attach / MSIX Packaging Tool

o vCenter Server

o Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDSH)

o Golden Image Management

o VMware Instant Clones / Linked Clones

o Image Automation Tools

o Microsoft WSUS / MECM (SCCM)

o EUX Monitoring (ControlUp or similar)

o Automation & Scripting (Powershell, Python...)

Education and Experience

o Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations

o Strong experience with:

VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments

Windows OS administration and image management

ITIL-based processes experience

o Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations
