Technical Account Manager (RTB)

As a Technical Account Manager (RTB), you will have a chance to join our Core team and be responsible for technical integrations, providing ongoing business and technical support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, internal business departments, and management teams. What You'll Do: - Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support - Monitor, analyze, and optimize integrations to ensure they meet established targets and KPIs - Investigate and resolve exchange integration issues and discrepancies, escalating bugs to Engineering and Product Management teams - Create SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports for business departments and Product Management - Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners - Perform manual testing of new features and logic changes - Debug and troubleshoot ad display issues on direct and external publishers’ websites across desktop and web environments - Adjust ad formats and styles to improve user experience and profitability - Communicate with partners and internal managers regarding technical issues Requirements Who You Are: You possess an expertise with: - SQL syntax - MongoDB - GET and POST requests - Terminal and command-line tools Will be a plus: - Knowledge of Programmatic and oRTB - Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Language proficiency: - Intermediate English level (B1 or higher) At MGID, we thrive on innovation, collaboration, and a passion for AdTech.
