Our client, a premier global consulting firm, is scaling its European operations team to manage and stabilize enterprise-level integration services. We are searching for highly skilled L2 Operations Engineers (E2 & E3 level) to provide dedicated 24x7 operational oversight, ensure continuous system availability, and resolve high-impact technical incidents.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• E2E Operational Support: Provide robust, 24x7 monitoring and incident resolution for complex SAP BTP and cloud integration frameworks.
• Major Incident Response: Lead event analysis, alert triage, and impact assessments while managing clear communication lines during critical system restorations.
• Infrastructure Upkeep: Execute vital maintenance activities, health checks, platform validations, and oversee critical software deployments and patch implementations.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and refine runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles to elevate internal team responses.

What We’re Looking For:

• Consultant Posture: Strong problem solvers who remain calm under pressure, escalate roadblocks effectively, and navigate complex technical landscapes.
• Audited Sector Discipline: Operational professionals well-versed in ITSM workflows (incident, change, and problem management) using enterprise ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
• Operational Excellence: Specialists deeply familiar with public cloud infrastructures (AWS or Azure) and networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, firewalls).

Must-Haves:

• 3 to 6 years of commercial experience executing 24x7 monitoring, L2 incident resolution, and continuous technical support.
• Hands-on experience with modern observability/monitoring tooling and CI/CD automation principles.
• Solid IT infrastructure foundation spanning Linux, networking, and public cloud technologies.
• Flawless English communication skills to support cross-functional global teams.

Location & Working Setup:

• 100% Remote working model (Candidates must be residents within the European Union).
• Rotational coverage necessary to guarantee 24x7 operational delivery.
