Salary: 175-200k +bonus

We're looking for an experienced infrastructure professional to help keep our environment secure, stable, and running at its best. You'll support project work across the full application lifecycle, following architectural best practices, and provide hands-on support for back-office systems including trading platforms, fund accounting, and financial accounting applications.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Windows Server environments end-to-end — patching, security updates, performance tuning — across dev, test, and production
  • Configure, install, and support our VMware virtualization environment (software and hardware components)
  • Keep documentation current and help improve it over time
  • Troubleshoot issues and support the help desk with escalations
  • Monitor infrastructure health, generate statistical reports, and track system capacity
  • Support capacity planning and performance monitoring to keep infrastructure aligned with business needs
  • Pitch in on day-to-day server environment management

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure, ideally with financial/trading environment experience
  • Comfort working under pressure across multiple priorities, with strong ethics and discretion
  • Advanced Citrix skills — Delivery Controller, PVS, StoreFront, NetScaler/VPX (Citrix Cloud a plus)
  • Deep experience with Azure and AWS (IaaS/PaaS) — VNets/VPCs, private networking, storage accounts, containers, Function Apps, managed databases
  • Strong background managing Cisco UCS compute and PURE (or similar) storage arrays
  • Familiarity with SCCM or similar for patching and package deployment
  • Extensive experience deploying and maintaining Windows Server environments, including SQL, Exchange, and Active Directory
  • Active Directory expertise — troubleshooting, replication, domain setup, GPOs, ACLs
  • Solid knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, and related Microsoft services
  • Bonus: experience with Defender ATP, Intune, and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Rapid7)
  • Understanding of infrastructure security and authentication — SAML, Kerberos, RADIUS, MFA
  • Experience with privileged access/identity management
  • Hands-on experience managing monitoring platforms and custom alerting
  • PowerShell scripting, plus experience with code repositories and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with task scheduling platforms
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and participate in on-call rotation (24/7 team coverage)
  • A professional, service-oriented approach when working with the business
  • Ability to support multiple global locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset that values diverse perspectives

Nice to Have

  • SQL Server database administration experience
  • Cloud security experience — Entra ID, Azure Policies, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup Center
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Cloud Adoption/Well-Architected frameworks
