The IT Team plays a vital role in supporting Auraluxe's business operations by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology infrastructure across our corporate offices, retail stores, and distribution network. We work closely with all departments—including Retail Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Business Development—to provide technology solutions that enhance productivity, business continuity, and customer experience.

Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Staff to support the day-to-day IT operations across Auraluxe Indonesia.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining hardware and software systems, monitoring network performance, managing IT assets, and ensuring all IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. You will also assist with system implementation, user account administration, data backup, and IT documentation while supporting the company's ongoing digital initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues, implement technology solutions, and maintain a stable IT environment that supports business operations across both corporate and retail locations.

As an IT Staff, you will play an important role in maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's technology infrastructure while contributing to continuous process improvements and the successful execution of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems.
4. Support and maintain Windows Server environments.
5. Assist in SAP system support and troubleshooting.
6. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability.
7. Document IT issues and provide timely resolutions.
8. Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and security.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Support.
3. Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
4. Experience with SAP is required.
5. Good understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage.
