- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure agents across Linux and Windows
- Perform system administration tasks including OS-level configuration, patching, hardening, and agent lifecycle
- Deploy and manage enterprise tools such as monitoring agents, endpoint management solutions, backup
- Ensure compliance with SAMA, NCA, PDPL, and NDMO cybersecurity and data protection requirements
- Execute Infrastructure operations aligned with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability through enterprise monitoring tools and proactively
- Assist in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities including testing, failover
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployment of infrastructure
- Maintain accurate operational documentation including configuration baselines, deployment procedures, and
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures
- Support automation initiatives using scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to enhance efficiency and reduce
- Ensure secure configurations and adherence to baseline standards including patching, vulnerability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in infrastructure administration or system administration within enterprise environments,
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience in deploying and managing infrastructure agents such as monitoring, backup, patching, and endpoint
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO standards
- Exposure to ITIL framework and operational processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Experience in supporting Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity operations
- Basic experience working with vendors and managing support cases
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise infrastructure tools is preferred
- Experience in production support environments with defined SLAs and KPIs
