- 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems and Infrastructure Administrator in an organizational setting
- Proven track record deploying, managing, and maintaining physical and virtual servers — including software updates, performance monitoring, and terminal server implementation
- Hands-on experience with networking and communications: switches, firewalls, endpoint devices, and management of internet/telecom providers
- Solid grounding in information security and business continuity: backup systems, recovery testing, identity and access management (IAM), and familiarity with SIEM/SOC environments
- Experience administering enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms, including user and permissions management
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects independently, end-to-end — including troubleshooting advanced technical issues and integrating AI tools to improve IT operations
- Experience with budget tracking and managing software licensing costs across departments

- High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a methodical approach to troubleshooting under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical issues clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning projects independently, while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Sound judgment and composure when handling urgent or high-stakes system issues.
- Curiosity and adaptability — genuinely interested in new tools and technologies (especially AI) and how they can improve day-to-day operations.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the systems you manage.
- Detail-oriented, with good time-management skills across multiple concurrent projects.
