Observability Engineer / Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer / Specialist to join a leading organization and work with complex systems, advanced technologies, and an innovative environment that includes cloud solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of IT systems monitoring and control processes.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain Observability, monitoring, and control systems.
• Develop new capabilities according to business and technological requirements.
• Design and build infrastructure and application monitoring solutions.
• Work in a complex enterprise environment, collaborating with infrastructure, development, and security teams.
• Lead end-to-end tasks while following cross-organizational processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in System / Infrastructure roles – Mandatory.
• Experience writing code or scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash – Mandatory.
• Experience working with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience designing and implementing infrastructure monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of Client/Server architecture.
• Experience developing or implementing AI-based solutions – an advantage.
• High service orientation and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong time management and task management skills.
• High motivation, self-learning ability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Systematic approach, organization, and attention to detail.
• Availability to work beyond regular working hours when required.
