Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve application issues.
• Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
• Familiarity with configuration management and deployment processes in a production environment.
• Understanding of networking concepts and their impact on application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
