💼 What You'll Be Doing

As a Monitoring & Observability Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, and health of enterprise systems and applications.

📊 Build & Manage Monitoring Platforms

• Administer, configure, and optimize enterprise monitoring platforms, ensuring comprehensive visibility across infrastructure, applications, databases, and services.
• Design and implement monitoring strategies, dashboards, alerts, and KPIs to proactively detect incidents and improve operational performance.
• Continuously enhance observability by expanding monitoring coverage and improving alert accuracy.

⚙️ Infrastructure & Platform Operations

• Support the administration and maintenance of infrastructure components across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor system health, capacity, and performance while identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to improve platform reliability and operational resilience.

🚀 DevOps & Automation

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating monitoring, deployment validation, and operational automation.
• Develop automation scripts and configuration management solutions to streamline monitoring deployment and platform administration.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices to improve consistency and scalability.

🔍 Incident Response & Troubleshooting

• Investigate monitoring alerts and infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive improvements.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure, applications, and end users, ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to diagnose complex production issues.

🤝 Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Development teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to monitoring standards, documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging monitoring technologies, cloud-native observability solutions, and automation tools.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

Required Experience

✔️ At least 2 years of experience administering Zabbix or strong experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.

✔️ Experience designing monitoring dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, operating systems, and applications.

✔️ Experience working within DevOps and CI/CD environments.

✔️ Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring, system performance, and incident management.
