First who

• A senior Windows Systems Administrator with solid experience managing critical enterprise infrastructures and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Windows environments.
• A hands-on and automation-oriented professional with strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, and PowerShell scripting.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and maintain complex Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, multi-domain architectures, and identity lifecycle management processes;
• Manage privileged access solutions, password vaults, PKI infrastructures, and certificate lifecycle activities;
• Implement and maintain security standards and hardening practices based on industry frameworks and regulatory requirements;
• Support and automate patch management, software deployment, and operational workflows using enterprise tools and PowerShell scripting;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency, compliance reporting, and infrastructure management;
• Support Citrix environments and contribute to infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery testing, and capacity planning initiatives;
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using enterprise monitoring and observability platforms, ensuring effective 24/7 alerting and incident management;
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical production environments outside standard business hours when required;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, security, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration within enterprise, financial services, or other highly regulated environments;
• Strong expertise in Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, and identity management solutions;
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with proven experience in automation and operational tooling;
• Experience with patch management and deployment solutions such as SCCM, WSUS, Ivanti, or similar tools;
• Good knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, privileged access management, vulnerability management, and audit requirements;
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and Active Directory topologies;
• Experience working in critical production environments with high availability and disaster recovery requirements;
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible or Terraform is a strong advantage;
• Experience with Python, Git, YAML, Microsoft Copilot, or other automation technologies is considered a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in the Porto office) and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
