System Administrator

IES is hiring a Systems Administrator to keep our multi-location IT infrastructure running across the U.S., Azure, on-prem Windows, network security, and everything in between. You'll be the technical backbone for our teams, from cloud administration to Tier II/III support, reporting directly to our IT Manager.

What you'll own:

🔹 Administer Microsoft Azure, VMs, storage, networking, Entra ID, MFA, and conditional access

🔹 Manage hybrid environments across Azure and on-prem Windows Server / Active Directory

🔹 Build PowerShell automation for provisioning, monitoring, and reporting

🔹 Lead on-prem security, endpoint protection, access reviews, incident response

🔹 Provide Tier II/III support across multiple sites, including occasional travel

What you bring:

• 2+ years as a Systems Administrator or HelpDesk Specialist
• Hands-on Azure and Windows Server experience a plus
• PowerShell scripting chops
• Multi-site infrastructure experience
• Bonus points: Azure Administrator Associate, Security+, Network+, or CCNA
