About the Role


Anchor Conzult partners with a select portfolio of enterprise organisations and technology consultancies delivering some of the Nordics' most significant cloud, infrastructure and digital transformation programmes.


We're looking to connect with experienced Platform Engineers who enjoy building modern cloud-native platforms, automating infrastructure and enabling engineering teams to deliver at scale.


While this opportunity is based in Oslo, we're also building our network across the Nordics for upcoming opportunities in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain modern cloud platforms supporting enterprise-scale environments.
  • Develop and manage Kubernetes-based infrastructure and container platforms.
  • Build and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Design and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, efficient software delivery.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, Development and Security teams to improve platform reliability and scalability.
  • Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
  • Improve observability, monitoring and system performance.
  • Champion DevSecOps principles and platform engineering best practice.
