AWS Cloud Support Engineer, Walchem Fluent™ Software

Position Summary:

Walchem is hiring a AWS Cloud Support Engineer for the Walchem Fluent™ software platform to oversee, maintain, and improve the front-end web experience for industrial water treatment customers. Responsibilities include managing the Fluent web application’s administration and front-end operations to ensure reliability, usability, and performance. This position offers opportunities to learn new technologies and contribute to product innovation within a dynamic R&D team

Key Responsibilities & Required Function

• c.Updating CloudWatch dashboard on new releas
• esRemediate vulnerabilities identified by AWS security tools including Security Hub, Inspector, and GuardDu
• tyKeeping Linux up-to-date on EC2 instanc
• esDevelop and maintain a CVE management strategy, including triage, prioritization, and remediation tracki
• ngEstablish and document criteria and processes for evaluating and upgrading Java and JavaScript library dependenci
• esManage Continuous Integration pipelines (Jenkins build
• s)Triage and resolve customer-reported issues, escalating when appropria
• teMonitor AWS service updates and assess their impact on the Fluent platfo

Essential Qualificatio
