Our client is a leading AdTech firm, at the forefront of advertising and creative industries and the tools and technologies that power them.


In the New York office, you’ll be key in leading application support and management for their products and client roll-outs across the US, you'll also help coordinate the MSP IT support for users and drive Information Security across Office 365, endpoint and Cloud (AWS)


Requirements:


  • Proven experience of production / application and platform support
  • Strong experience of IT support, excellent communication skills and a very “user-facing” mentality
  • InfoSec experience and a great understanding of modern security threats and tools
  • Solid, broad, infrastructure knowledge across networking (Cisco), Cloud (AWS) Ops, automation and DevOps practices
  • A problem-solving, proactive approach to work
