- Active monitoring and review of production applications for performance and accuracy.
- Cooperative troubleshooting and analytic work with other technical members and members of development, QA and support teams.
- Independent work analyzing trends in data and reporting on anomalies.
- Associate’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3 years of experience in Enterprise application support or technical operations with experience in managing the resolution of business critical and time sensitive issues
- 3 years of knowledge of current Microsoft Server platforms
- 3 years of experience in XML/Https/MS.Net/Client-Server architecture
- 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose software and network issues.
- Experience with Linux CLI
- Network and systems administration experience
- Knowledge of the administration and programming of MC SQL server 2005+ within a production class environment
- Ability to document job-related procedures
- 5 years of experience with technical analysis
- Programming experience is a definite asset
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $24.48 - $28.46 weekly salary. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
