Job Title: ServiceNow Admin

Location: Sweden(100% Remote

Client: Infosys

Salary: Euro 70000/year

Experience required: 4+ Years

ServiceNow platform is on premises. As result the AM talent will be responsible for:

• OS configuration and upgrades (Linux, Windows Server)

• Middleware installation, configuration, and upgrades (Java, Apache, PHP etc)

• Database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance (MariaDB)

• Understanding database architecture as example building a setup for database replication

• Database health and optimization experience

• Experience in developing advanced SQL queries, procedures, and schemas

Responsible for troubleshooting integration incidents including network and firewall issues

Knowledge to work with Rubrik data backup and recovery services

ServiceNow version upgrades (on premise)

Required to do Planning Infra changes (etc firewall openings, provisioning servers)

Configuration and maintenance of:

• Monitoring tools (Zabbix)

• GIT version management tool

Configuration management automation (e.g. Ansible)

Co-location service knowledge

ServiceNow development & deployment skills

Required:

ServiceNow certified administrator

Knowledge of domain separated environment

Capable to convert business requirements to ServiceNow OPS tasks

Experience working with ServiceNow support, product documentation, security bulletins, community

Member of 24x7 on-call support
