First who:

• Professional with experience in Application Support, Managed File Transfer (MFT), or Systems Administration
• Motivated to build a career in Application Support and secure data exchange environments
• Autonomous, rigorous, and highly detail-oriented when handling sensitive data and critical file transfer processes
• Comfortable communicating in English with international teams and external system administrators
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills

Then what:

What You'll Do:

• Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows
• Participate in the change request process for connectivity updates (technical and functional)
• Carry out and coordinate rigorous testing on implemented configurations to ensure zero-error delivery
• Maintain accurate and secure configurations for sensitive data exchanges
• Identify opportunities to improve security and efficiency in file transfer processes
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for file transfer maps and configurations
• Provide Level 3 support for file transfer issues and implement workarounds to minimize business impact
• Manage and maintain Axway software suites (Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport)
• Monitor scheduled, real-time, and batch transfer processes

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration (stop, start, deploy, debug)
• Good knowledge of transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
• Ability to analyze complex technical scenarios from a systems administration perspective
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and secure data exchange environments is a plus
