Job Summary
We are looking for an Entry-Level Monitoring Analyst to support a 24x7 monitoring team responsible for real-time system and application observability. The candidate will review Datadog dashboards, validate alerts, and assist in confirming incidents while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor system health using Datadog dashboards and alerts
- Review and validate alerts to determine genuine incidents
- Assist in confirming and classifying incidents based on impact and severity
- Escalate confirmed incidents to appropriate internal teams
- Interface with internal and external customers on confirmed incidents
- Communication incident updates clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of monitoring activities
- Support 24x7 monitoring operations
- Follow runbooks and standard operating procedures
People Specification
- Experience in IT support or monitoring (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of monitoring and incident management concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment
