We are looking for an Amazing: Windows System Administrator

Seniority: Mid-level (4+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• 4+ years of experience working with Windows infrastructure and enterprise environments.
• Strong experience administering Windows Server.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Windows installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in performance monitoring and security management.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience using Ansible for automation.
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds for monitoring, dashboard creation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting load balancing and SSL VPN technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience working with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Wintel teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Fluent Portuguese (Mandatory).
• English C1 or higher (Mandatory).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
