Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator

Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and production support? Then this position is for you.
As a Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical cloud applications. You will work in a modern production environment, combining application support, infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices to deliver reliable services.
Build Side
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
- Develop automation scripts and playbooks to simplify provisioning, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Support the implementation of cloud-native solutions based on Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure production readiness for new applications and releases.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to technical documentation.
- Share expertise and mentor operations teams on automation tools and cloud technologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase platform reliability and operational efficiency.
- Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications, proactively identifying and resolving incidents.
- Analyze Linux systems, middleware, and application logs to troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for incidents and service requests.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises, production validations, and operational readiness activities.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles to improve operational support.
- Participate in a 24/7 production support rotation, including on-call, weekends, and public holidays.
- Work closely with global support and engineering teams to maintain a stable production environment.
You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, automating repetitive tasks, and maintaining highly available production environments. You thrive in collaborative environments where reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence are essential.
Experience supporting applications in financial services or other business-critical environments is considered a strong advantage.
This Is Your Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration, command line, and shell scripting.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.
- Experience with infrastructure automation using:
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins or equivalent.
- Experience with Application Production Support and incident management.
- Understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, and service reliability practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and operational support processes.
- Experience with PL/SQL, Dynatrace, or core banking applications is considered a plus.

Contract: Permanent contract
