- Administer, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP)
- Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewall rules)
- Ensure server patching compliance using SCCM
- Administer and maintain virtualized environments (VMware / Nutanix)
- Support and administer Citrix Virtual Apps (VDA, publishing)
- Collaborate with IT architects on infrastructure design, evolution and best practices
- Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support and act as the local technical expert
- Support and maintain GxP-validated systems (e.g. OMNIS, Chromeleon, LIMS, SAS, eArchive, Interflex)
- Participate in GxP qualification activities (IQ/OQ support)
- Monitor infrastructure using Dynatrace
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration
- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and Windows infrastructure
- Solid networking knowledge (VLANs, routing, firewalling)
- Strong experience with VMware and/or Nutanix virtualization
- Experience with SCCM and Citrix Virtual Apps
- Ability to work closely with IT architects and contribute to infrastructure evolution
- Experience providing L3 infrastructure support
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments is a strong advantage
