Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst | Lancashire (Hybrid) | £30,000 - £35,000

A fantastic client of ours is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their growing support team. You'll be working across a broad product suite handling everything from day-to-day incident resolution through to deployment and project work.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing application support to internal teams and external clients
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues across test and production environments
• Installing, configuring and maintaining applications across client and internal environments
• Working with infrastructure, network and development teams on complex problems
• Maintaining clear documentation for deployments, upgrades and known resolutions
• Contributing to project delivery including implementations and new client onboarding

You'll need:

• Experience in software deployment and customer-facing support
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Experience with system monitoring tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Bonus points for:

• PowerShell or scripting experience
• AWS exposure
• MySQL knowledge
• ITIL awareness

What's on offer:

£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, hybrid working with flexibility after onboarding and the opportunity to develop across a varied and technical support role.
