Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support event-driven automation leveraging the FedOps framework across ServiceNow, Polycloud, and enterprise platforms
Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
Develop reusable, scalable playbooks for alert remediation, self-healing, and operational workflows
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, APIs, infrastructure platforms)
Support onboarding of applications/use cases into FedOps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, ensuring reliability and operational resiliency
Required Skills (Must-Have)
Strong, hands-on expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) including:
- Playbook development and optimization
- Job templates and workflow templates
- RBAC and secure execution models
- Integration with external systems (ServiceNow, APIs, etc.)
Experience with event-driven automation and operational tooling
Strong understanding of infrastructure, application workflows, and incident management processes
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with legacy automation/orchestration platforms such as:
- HP Operations Orchestration (HPOO)
- HP Server Automation (HPSA)
Exposure to enterprise automation ecosystems (e.g., SSP, AutoSys, ServiceNow integrations)
