Hybrid Clinical Operations Director

As a Clinical Director, you will directly manage clinicians, including clinical oversight, talent development, and clinical performance. This includes interviewing and hiring clinicians, creating a collaborative culture across all teams, monitoring the center's clinical performance and building solid partnerships across other departments to ensure we are providing the best care for those we serve.
Primary Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of OBC clinicians and ensure clinicians are prepared and supported to provide care to those we serve
- Provide clinician development with clinical oversight, professional development, training, and address performance management needs with timely feedback
- Set and communicate clear expectations for clinical quality, evidence-based treatment, documentation, and HIPAA compliance
- Promote a clinical quality and safety culture, adherence to OBC and Optum policies, utilizing evidence-based protocols and industry best practices
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly metrics are met (e.g., completion of notes, schedule availability, appointment volume)
- Maximize clinical operational performance across key performance indicators in partnership with the Executive Director; facilitate remediation plans if targets are missed
- Foster a collaborative culture and team camaraderie with regular team meetings, check-ins, and 1:1s
- Carry a clinical caseload of at least 10-50% in alignment with compensation arrangement

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Licensed as a PHD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LCP (independently licensed) in the state of Florida
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and driving change in a highly regulated environment
- Experience managing teams and prioritizing competing priorities to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and appropriate team focus
- Proven ability to oversee and coordinate multiple clinical locations
- Driver's License and access to reliable transportation
- Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs)
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
