- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain internal networks, servers, firewalls, and endpoint devices (Windows, Mac, and Linux).
- Cloud & Systems Administration: Manage and monitor cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and enterprise SaaS applications, including Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and internal CRMs like Salesforce.
- Onboarding & Access Management: Oversee the IT aspects of the employee lifecycle. Provision hardware, create accounts, manage access permissions, and ensure smooth IT onboarding and offboarding.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies, conduct regular system audits, manage data backups, and ensure compliance with standard data protection regulations.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and manage relationships with external hardware and software vendors for procurement and renewals.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or a similar role, preferably within a software development or IT services company.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or modern identity management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting administration (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience writing basic scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to automate routine IT tasks is a strong plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks.
