Video Editor – Performance Ads

Job Description We are looking for a Video Editor with proven experience in creating ads for digital performance marketing. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how video creatives work on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (YouTube/Display), and knows how to adapt formats, hooks, and narratives to maximize campaign results. This is a full-time, fully remote position, perfect for professionals who want to apply their expertise in video ads across a variety of clients and markets. Responsibilities - Produce and edit short-form videos optimized for performance ads, especially for Meta and Google. - Create creative assets tailored to different formats: Reels, Stories, Shorts, YouTube Ads, and others. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop narratives and visuals that increase CTR, engagement, and conversion. - Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of performance marketing and creative quality. - Work with motion design to enhance the visual impact of ads. - A plus: experience with 2D and 3D animation. Requirements - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Proven experience in video editing for paid ads (Meta and Google), with a portfolio of successful campaigns. - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Final Cut Pro and other software are a plus). - Familiarity with best practices for performance-driven creative, including hooks, dynamic captions, pacing, and adaptation to different platforms. - Stable internet connection for continuous remote work. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams. - Experience in motion design and knowledge of animation (2D/3D) are highly desirable.
