- Provide Tier I-II hands-on support for server administration, including on-premises and cloud systems, physical and virtual systems, and global operations as assigned
- Assist senior engineers with high-availability infrastructure tasks to support continuous service
- Participate in the execution of system operations aligned with the company’s information management technology infrastructure
- Follow and maintain documented standards, procedures, and best practices for cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions
- Work with stakeholders and IT team members to understand operational requirements and translate them into assigned technical tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and operations, to support integration of solutions into the IT ecosystem
- Assist with technical evaluations, proofs-of-concept, software upgrades, and hardware products from external vendors as directed
- Work with security coordinators and advisers to remediate security risks through patching, baseline alignment, and procedural support
- Implement approved operational changes while minimizing impact to existing infrastructure services
- Monitor IT resource utilization and assist with optimization activities
- Support data replication, protection, backup, and disaster recovery activities according to documented procedures
- Stay current with relevant technologies, operational tools, and infrastructure best practices
- Support capacity planning and budget forecasting inputs by providing operational data when requested
- Participate in road map execution for assigned goals and operational achievements
- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule Collaborate with HQ IT and security teams on policy alignment, patch management, baselines, and operational controls Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, virtualization, infrastructure applications, and identity management
- Ability to maintain and improve service stability, monitoring, and operational performance
- Understanding of application, network, and system integrations with guidance from senior staff
- Ability to follow standardized system operations, automation practices, and baseline procedures
- Ability to execute routine software and hardware integration, improvement, and mitigation tasks
