Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in an OT/production environment with industrial devices, MES clients, and hand scanners, or strong affinity and willingness to develop expertise in OT contexts
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, DevOps)
- Azure Active Directory and Identity management
- Server infrastructure (VMware)
- Backup and storage infrastructure
- Network (W)LAN devices (Cisco)
- Firewall knowledge (Palo Alto)
- Endpoint/MDM management via Microsoft Intune (including Kiosk-mode/MES devices)
- End User Computing knowledge (Windows clients, Intune) for L3 support
- ITSM, CMDB and documentation tooling: Xurrent (CMDB/service requests), Confluence (documentation), and OpsRamp (monitoring)
- Awareness of IT security and compliance (CIS controls, GDPR/data protection, security incident handling)
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations
- Customer-oriented approach with solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and self-manage priorities
- Capability to coordinate activities and work within a RACI model
- Willingness to travel to Belgium (monthly during 3-month training phase, then quarterly to biannually)
- Willingness to participate in local standby organisation
- (Desirable) Project management experience
- (Desirable) Master's degree in computer science or equivalent by experience

Job description:
- Lead as the local IT OT responsible, acting as the single on-site IT/OT contact
- Promote and support the standard ITC EMEA way of working (service desk, self-service) to all colleagues and assist with non-standard requests
- Support and help drive ITC EMEA projects and changes, working with partners and internal colleagues to ensure high-quality implementation aligned to business requirements
- Coordinate and support the external resident engineer providing L2 support to local end-users
- Track local projects (schedule, scope, budget) and actions, reporting status to IT infrastructure management
- Act as the linking pin between production engineering requirements, local applications, and ITC solutions
- Manage physical devices in local data centres (VMware, storage, network equipment) and workplace-related items as 3rd line support
- Support local Active Directory setup and management pending consolidation into overall AD setup
- Perform basic network adjustments and maintain knowledge of (W)(L)AN topology
- Conduct firewall analysis (read-only account) to drive adjustments by the central ITC EMEA team
- Provide training on ways of working and processes/procedures with outsourcing providers (database management, containers)
- Manage configuration of OT devices via Microsoft Intune
- Ensure proper documentation and handover by maintaining the CMDB in Xurrent and documenting setups in Confluence
- Support ITC EMEA in delivering premium service to the business, including participation in quarterly service meetings, communicating planned/unplanned power outages, and reporting problems
- Administer local contracts, vendors, licences, and assets (including quarterly asset/invoice checks and budget follow-up) in cooperation with ITC EMEA
- Participate in resolving security incidents
