Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experienced Azure Cloud & Virtualization Administrator experience in managing Azure, VMware, and Nutanix environments.
• Skilled in infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, patching, and migration activities ,Azure VNETs, NSGs, UDRs, Private Endpoints.
• Proven ability to handle incident management, performance optimization, and system monitoring in enterprise environments and Supported Nutanix AHV infrastructure including VM builds and cluster operations, Conducted root cause analysis (RCA) and implemented preventive solutions, Administered VMware environment (ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, HA/DRS)Security & Complianc-Perform patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, and hardening.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Nutanix Administration.
• Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to operating systems and network services.
• Experience in monitoring system performance and implementing improvements.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
